A SF6 regulator is a special device. It has the CGA 590 fitting and is suitable for SF6. SF6 is mostly a liquid in the cylinder so you will not get much of a pressure reading on the tank side (typically around 200psi). Weight is the only way to determine how much SF6 is in the cylinder. For ASHRAE 110, the output will be between 20 and 40 PSI. This regulator operates in a smaller PSI range to offer more accuracy.
